TO SAVE THE DOCUMENTS:
If the documents you download are in .pdf format, look at the top menu in the document and you will see a button saying “save a copy” click that and save the document where you want it. Alternatively, go to File, then click on “save a copy”. If the document is in .jpeg format (ie. a picture), right click on it and then left click on “save picture”, then save the document where you want it.
