The programme – focused on children
The programming process involves observations of individual children, both incidental and planned, and in group settings or one on one. These observations, together with parental input and requests, give staff knowledge of individual children’s needs, likes, dislikes, areas of concern, and children’s strengths. The programme is planned around these and is put in the children’s rooms for parent’s comment and input.
